How to purchase

The Buyer reviews the packages on the packages page and places the order through the Sovex panel or via WhatsApp. We get back shortly to confirm the scope, and a payment link is sent through our contracted payment institution. The service process begins once payment is completed. For project work, scope and price are clarified in a short meeting after the request. If they wish, the Buyer can also submit their request via our contact channels.

Manner of delivery (performance)

Depending on the type of service, delivery takes place as follows:

• Website setup: The site is designed, filled with content and taken live within the scope and time specified in the agreement or quote. Delivery is deemed complete when the site goes live and access details are sent to the Buyer.
• Hosting and package subscription: Performance begins when the account is activated and server resources are made available; it continues for the duration of the subscription.

Right of withdrawal

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, a Buyer who purchases a service as a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason. Notice of withdrawal can be sent via our contact channels.

Article 15 of the Law provides that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun before the 14-day period expires, with the Buyer's explicit approval and after the Buyer has been informed that the right of withdrawal will be lost once performance begins. Accordingly:

• If performance of the service (design, setup) has not yet begun after the order is placed, free cancellation is possible within the withdrawal period.
• If performance of the service (site setup, server setup, etc.) has begun with the Buyer's explicit approval and the Buyer was informed of this at the time of the order, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the part already performed; a refund is considered only for the part not yet performed.
• In website projects, the service is deemed fully performed once delivery of files and access is complete, and the right of withdrawal ends.

Refund process

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the period and in accordance with the legislation, the amount collected that has not yet been performed is refunded by the method used for payment. Refund requests are received via our contact page and concluded within the periods set out in the legislation.

Subscription services can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is made for months already used; requests within the scope of the right of withdrawal are assessed, as an exception to this clause, on the principles above.
