Description of the service
Sovex is a family of services that brings your digital infrastructure needs together under one roof. Within this scope, various modules are offered, above all corporate website setup and maintenance services. These terms of use apply to all users who benefit from Sovex services, whichever module they use.
Account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping the login details of your account confidential and for the actions carried out through your account. The information you provide when creating an account must be accurate and up to date; the user is responsible for any consequences arising from providing inaccurate or incomplete information.
Acceptable use
Sovex services may not be used to host unlawful content or to carry out unlawful activities.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Sovex brand, logo, software and platform belong to Sovex. Content that you create or upload within our services (site content, brand assets, server data, etc.) belongs to you; Sovex processes such content only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
Termination of the service
You can close your account at any time. After your account is closed, your data are kept for the statutory mandatory period and to the extent required by the service, and are deleted or anonymised at the end of that period. For certain services, the account may be suspended or terminated in the event of a breach of contract.
Limitation of liability
Sovex endeavours to provide its services with reasonable care and on a principle of continuity, but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovex cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from use of the service.
Changes
These terms of use may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect from the moment it is published.
