This Distance Sales Agreement (the Agreement) governs the terms of service sales concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. When the order is confirmed, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.
1. Parties
Buyer: the natural or legal person who shares their details during the order and purchases the service.
- Seller: Ahmet Sait Yuvarlak (operating under the business name Sovex)
- Tax office: Gaziosmanpaşa
- Tax ID number: 9870281825
- Address: Yenidoğan Mah. Ordu Cad. Erdi Ap. No: 148 İç Kapı No: 3, Gaziosmanpaşa / İstanbul
- E-mail: iletisim@sovexone.com
- Phone: +90 532 169 90 37
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of the Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital services (website setup, hosting and package subscription and related modules) that the Buyer purchases from Sovex via the panel or as a result of a quote meeting. The type, scope and price of the service are notified to the Buyer separately at order confirmation or in the quote.
3. Price and payment
The service price is shown in Turkish lira, VAT included, at order or quote confirmation. Payment is collected through the infrastructure of our contracted payment institution by credit card, debit card or other methods specified in the agreement. For project services, payment may also be structured as the instalment plan specified in the quote (e.g. at the start and on delivery of the work).
4. Performance and delivery
The manner of performance of digital services varies by type of service: for website setup, delivery takes place when the site goes live and access and management details are sent to the Buyer; for hosting and subscription services, performance takes place when the service is activated. Detailed information on delivery and performance times is available on the Delivery & Refunds page.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days of the date on which it was concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal is deemed exercised when the notice of withdrawal is sent to the Seller within this period via our contact channels.
Under Article 15 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the Buyer's approval before the withdrawal period expires, or for intangible goods and services performed instantly in electronic form. The Buyer's explicit approval regarding this exception is requested at order confirmation. The scope of and exceptions to the right of withdrawal by type of service are explained separately on the Delivery & Refunds page.
6. General provisions
Except in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, outages caused by infrastructure providers, changes in legislation, etc.), the Seller is obliged to perform the ordered service. For disputes arising from the Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction for disputes above these limits.
